These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Chinese Medicine Living and the purchase of products from us. The Site is owned and operated by Chinese Medicine Living LLC, located in Van Buren, AR, United States (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing the Site, placing an order, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

2. Products and Orders
We offer both physical products (shippable goods) and digital products (instant downloads, access links, files, etc.).
- All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund.
3. Payment
- All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept Stripe, PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard.
- By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that method.
4. Shipping and Delivery – Physical Products
- We ship to selected countries.
- Shipping times and costs are estimates only and displayed at checkout.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
- Title to physical goods passes to you upon full payment.
5. Digital Products – Delivery and License
- Digital products are delivered instantly or via email/download link after successful payment.
- It is your responsibility to download and save files promptly. We are not obligated to provide replacement downloads after 90 days unless the file was defective.
- Unless otherwise stated in the product description, digital products are provided under a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own use only.
- You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the digital product
- Remove copyright/trademark notices
- Use the product for commercial purposes beyond what is expressly permitted
6. Refunds and Returns
Physical Products
- We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14/30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
Digital Products
- Due to the instant delivery and non-returnable nature of digital goods, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
- Exceptions may be made only if:
- The file is defective, and we cannot provide a working replacement, or
- You contact us within 7 days of purchase

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, product designs, digital files) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property except as explicitly licensed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We provide products and the Site “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States. without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Arkansas in the United States.
