The desire is to share traditional knowledge on how to live according to Chinese Medicine principles. The Chinese medical system has been around for more than 4000 years, and the philosophy is based on Taoist principles. The Taoist philosophy sees humans as an inseparable part of nature, living in harmony with their natural environment. There is an emphasis on preventative measures so that illness never had a chance to develop. The strategy was balance in all things from diet, exercise and emotions – if they are balanced, disease is not able to take hold.

This is also a site that aggregates information about Traditional Chinese Medicine so that it can be a resource for people, prospective patients, current patients and practitioners alike.
